Terms & Conditions
Quotations
Quotes are fixed price, valid for thirty days and based on a physical site inspection. Where concealed damage is discovered after preparation begins, we stop, document it and issue a written variation before continuing.
Deposits and payment
A ten percent deposit confirms your start date on projects above $5,000. Progress claims are issued at agreed milestones and the balance falls due seven days after your final walkthrough.
Access and site conditions
We ask for clear access to work areas, power and water, and secured pets during working hours. Where furniture must be moved, we will do it — please tell us in advance about fragile or valuable items.
Weather and delays
Exterior works are weather dependent. We will not apply coatings outside manufacturer temperature and humidity limits, and rescheduled days caused by weather do not attract additional charges.
Workmanship warranty
Interior work carries a seven-year and exterior work a ten-year workmanship warranty against peeling, flaking and blistering attributable to our application. The warranty excludes structural movement, water ingress from building defects and damage from third parties.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 (Vic).
