Built on preparation, not promises
Melbourne Precision Painting began in 2008 with one van, one painter and a refusal to cut preparation hours to win a job on price. Eighteen years later, that is still the only rule we treat as non-negotiable.
We are a team of fourteen tradespeople and two project managers working across Melbourne's inner east, bayside and south-eastern suburbs. Our painters are employed, not subcontracted by the square metre — which is why they have the time to sand between coats and the incentive to care what the wall looks like in five years.
Around seventy percent of our work is residential: heritage restoration, whole-home interiors and full exterior repaints for owners who intend to stay. The remainder is commercial and strata work, where our documentation, night programs and reporting standards were forged.
We are deliberately not the cheapest quote in your inbox. We are the one that names the product, the coat count, the access equipment and the finish dates — and then holds all four.
